Student Newspaper

The College of New Jersey’s student newspaper is The Signal. It is an award-winning, student-produced, weekly news organization. Established in 1885, it is among the oldest collegiate newspapers in the country. Today, The Signal is evolving into a full-fledged and legitimate news organization, a place for students across the College to gain experience in the fields of professional writing, journalism, business, marketing, advertising, photography, and editing.

Center for the Arts

The Center for the Arts was designed to showcase creativity and innovation—in all its forms of artistic expression—to educate and engage the greater TCNJ community. In collaboration with the School of the Arts and Communication, other Schools at TCNJ, student organizations, and local resources, our mission is to consider how the arts open windows to understanding our communities, their cultural and social evolution, and their future.

Faculty Wellness

TCNJ is attuned to nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. To this end, many campus resources are available to care for your whole self. TCNJ's Human Resources Department also offers health and wellness resources.

TCNJ Fitness Center

With your TCNJ Faculty/Staff ID, you have access to the TCNJ Fitness Center. Refer to the website for guidelines, including the Faculty and Staff Membership Waiver form.

Meal Plans

TCNJ Dining Services offers meal plans for faculty and staff.

Mental Health and Wellness Toolkit

The Mental Health Wellness Toolkit, developed by the Staff Mental Health Council (SMHC), is a collection of resources to provide information on and share ways to help with the many different aspects of mental wellness.
